Who says men can't make rape jokes? Who says anyone can't make rape jokes? Humor is humor. People make jokes about all kinds of offensive stuff - rape, pedophilia, the Holocaust, 9/11, cancer... There's a certain level of entertainment that people get from edgy humor. It doesn't mean they support the thing that's being joked about.
